Sonya Osborne is an Honorary Professor at the School of Nursing and Midwifery, University of Southern Queensland (Ipswich Campus). With nearly 30 years of post-registration nursing experience across acute care, ambulatory, and academic settings, she specializes in implementation science and knowledge translation within nursing and health services. Her research focuses on improving organizational capacity for sustainable practice change to enhance patient outcomes.
