Dr. Sonnette Bascoe serves as Senior Advisor to the President for University Culture and Associate Professor of Psychology at Roberts Wesleyan University. Her work focuses on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), antiracism education, and the intersection of faith and resilience, particularly for BIPOC communities.

Her publications address family dynamics, emotional reactivity, and multicultural challenges, reflecting interdisciplinary engagement with developmental theory and social justice. She mentors PsyD candidates and teaches courses spanning developmental psychology, multicultural diversity, and research methods.
