Professor Sonia Falconieri holds a faculty position in Corporate Finance at the Bayes Business School, City St George's, University of London. She previously held roles at institutions including the Einaudi Institute for Economic and Finance (Rome), the University of Amsterdam, Tilburg University, and Brunel University (London). Her research focuses on corporate finance, IPO design, gender diversity, and corporate governance.
