Songlan (Stella) Peng is an Associate Professor at the School of Administrative Studies, York University. Her research and teaching focus on financial reporting, auditing, corporate governance, and international accounting. Her work explores topics such as earnings management, audit quality, related party transactions, and corporate social responsibility. She has published in journals including the Journal of Accounting Research, Accounting, Auditing, & Accountability Journal, and the International Journal of Accounting. Her research has been supported by grants from CPA Canada-CAAA and internal university funding.
