Sondra Reynolds

Sondra Reynolds is a Clinical Professor and Department Chair in the School of Health Sciences and Wellness at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. She has served in this role since 2017 and acts as Coordinator of Graduate Programs and Director of Clinical Services in Speech-Language Pathology. Reynolds is an alumna of UW-Stevens Point, earning both her M.S. (1999) and B.S. (1996) in Communicative Disorders, alongside an M.S. in Educational Administration from UW-Superior (2004).

Her research and professional focus areas include Communication Sciences and Disorders, Speech-Language Pathology, and clinical education. She emphasizes interdisciplinary collaboration and hands-on learning through UWSP’s in-house clinics and partnerships with local institutions. Reynolds also co-teaches CSD 776 - School Methods, highlighting her commitment to advancing educational practices in her field.

Reynolds is deeply involved in community wellness initiatives, including UWSP’s Employee Wellness program and the Speech, Language and Hearing Clinic. She encourages students to pursue their passions within the field, advocating for a rigorous yet rewarding academic journey that prepares graduates for diverse healthcare settings.
