Solange Cross is a Lecturer in Evidence-Based Low Intensity Psychological Therapies at the University of East Anglia's Norwich Medical School. She serves as the Apprenticeship Lead for the Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP) training programme and contributes to the MSc Clinical Associate in Psychology (CAP) Degree Apprenticeship Programme.

Collaborations and Outreach: She led a 3-day training on Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) and Worry Management for Thrive Well in Malaysia, co-developing a self-help workbook ('Calm Mind') and fostering international research opportunities.
