Dr. Siuman Raymond Ting is a Professor and Director of Graduate Programs in the Department of Educational Leadership, Policy, and Human Development at North Carolina State University (NCSU). He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Iowa, M.A. from Biola University, and Dip.Ed. and B.SSc. from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
