Professor Siraj Shaikh is a Professor in Systems Security at Swansea University (UK) with joint appointment as Visiting Professor at Nebrija University (Spain). His research specializes in cybersecurity for automotive and transport systems, focusing on cyber-physical systems security. He co-founded CyberOwl, a maritime security analytics company.
His research explores the intersection of cybersecurity, systems engineering and computer science, particularly addressing security challenges in connected vehicles and transportation infrastructure. Current work examines threat modeling, risk assessment frameworks, and security validation methods for automotive systems.
