Simone Pröbstl

Simone Pröbstl is a nutritionist and Scientific Associate at the Chair of Public Health and Health Services Research within the Institute for Medical Information Processing, Biometry and Epidemiology (IBE) at Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich. She contributes to the FoodPlanetH and YAHEE projects, focusing on food environments, health equity, and sustainable diets.
