Simone Alghisi

Simone Alghisi is a PhD student and Tutor at the Department of Information Engineering and Computer Science, University of Trento. He serves as a teaching assistant for the course "Human-Machine Dialogue" covering conversational AI systems, human-computer interaction principles, and LLM-based dialogue architectures within the Artificial Intelligence Systems and Computer Science programs.

His research centers on Conversational AI and Natural Language Processing, with specific focus on computational dialogue modeling, discourse analysis, and retrieval-augmented generation frameworks. His work bridges theoretical linguistics with practical LLM applications for human-machine interaction systems.

As a doctoral candidate in Information Engineering and Computer Science under Ministerial Decree 45/2013, he contributes to advancing dialogue system design methodologies while supporting graduate education in AI-driven conversational technologies.
