Dr. Simon Skinner is an Associate Professor of History at the University of Oxford and Keen Fellow & Tutor in History at Balliol College. His academic focus spans 19th-century British political and religious history, with specializations in Robert Peel, the Oxford Movement, and the social history of motorcycling. He teaches British history modules from 1685 to the present, including papers on political-religious dynamics and historiography.
