Simon RIANCHO

Simon RIANCHO serves as a Lecturer in Private Law at Paris-Panthéon-Assas University, teaching Labor Law and Social Protection Law within the Labor Law Laboratory and Social Law Laboratory at 295 rue Saint-Jacques, 75005 Paris.

Holding a Doctor of Law degree with a thesis on "The guiding principles of labor law" supervised by Professor Jean-François CESARO, he co-directs the Master's in Practical Labor Relations Law program alongside Professor J.-F. Cesaro.

His research centers on Social Law and Legal Theory, critically examining labor law frameworks and social protection systems through both theoretical and practical lenses. This work emphasizes the foundational principles governing employment legislation and welfare systems.

As Co-director of the Master's program, he shapes curriculum development and pedagogical approaches for labor relations education while actively contributing to laboratory-based research initiatives.
