Simon Fitch

Simon Fitch is an Assistant Professor and UKRI Future Leaders Fellow at the Submerged Landscape Research Centre, University of Bradford. He leads the UKRI-funded 'Life on the Edge' project, investigating submerged Late Palaeolithic landscapes using advanced technologies like Parametric Echo Sounders and Autonomous Underwater Vehicles (AUVs). His research focuses on environmental and landscape changes' impacts on prehistoric human populations, with over 20 years of experience in submerged landscapes studies.
