Simon Farrant

Simon Farrant is a Lecturer at the University of Greenwich, affiliated with the Faculty of Business and the Management and Marketing department. He previously served as General Counsel and Company Secretary of a major global FTSE100 Chemicals company, overseeing legal services, intellectual property, corporate governance, and ethics compliance programs.

His expertise in employment law informs his role as leader of the Employment Law module for HRM undergraduates, where he integrates real-world industry experience into academic instruction. His research interests align with his professional background, focusing on corporate governance, intellectual property law, ethics, compliance, and employment law.
