Simon Everett

Simon Everett serves as a Senior Lecturer in the Built Environment at Wrexham University since 2023, leveraging over 20 years of industry experience in NHS Estates and Facilities across Wales and England.

His educational foundation includes a first-class BSc (Hons) in Management of Healthcare Engineering Technologies and Facilities from Staffordshire University.

Research focuses on critical healthcare infrastructure systems:

• Specialist critical ventilation design

• Healthcare facility management systems
