Dr. Simeon L. Minić is an Assistant Professor at the University of Belgrade's Faculty of Chemistry (Department of Biochemistry) since 2023. His research focuses on bioactive peptides from algae, protein-ligand interactions in food systems, and high-pressure protein stability. He holds a PhD in Chemistry from the same institution (2017).
