Simen Hellesund

Simen Hellesund is a Research Fellow at the Department of Physics and Technology, University of Bergen. His research spans experimental physics and particle physics, with a focus on innovative measurement techniques and high-energy particle detection. His doctoral work investigated new physics phenomena using the ATLAS detector at the LHC, while his earlier research developed accessible physics education tools, such as smartphone-based sound experiments.
