Dr. Silvia Helena Barcellos is an Associate Professor of Economics at the University of Southern California (USC) with a joint appointment at the Dornsife Center for Economic and Social Research (CESR). She is also a Faculty Research Fellow at the National Bureau of Economic Research (NBER) and an International Research Associate at the Institute for Fiscal Studies (IFS). On leave from USC, she currently serves as a Professor of Economics at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
