Sigrid Quack

Sigrid Quack is a Full Professor honored as an EGOS Honorary Member in 2022. She previously led the Research Group 'Institution Building across Borders' at the Max-Planck-Institute for the Study of Societies in Cologne. Her work explores interactions between national and transnational institutions, emphasizing multi-level governance approaches to global challenges like climate change.

Her research interests span transnational law firms, globalization, intellectual property regulation, and organizational theory. She is recognized for methodological openness and theoretical pluralism, challenging conventional frameworks in male-dominated fields.
