Signe Duff

Signe Duff serves as a part-time Associate Lecturer in Educational Psychology at Macquarie School of Education, Macquarie University, with additional affiliations to the School of Psychological Sciences and Early Childhood Education Research Centre.

Her research centers on spatial reasoning in educational contexts, featuring:

• Cognitive processes in mathematics learning
• Collaborative dynamics among young students
• Mixed-methods assessment approaches
• Early childhood cognitive development

Publications from 2019-2021 demonstrate consistent focus on how peer collaboration enhances spatial reasoning performance in Grades 1-2, bridging educational psychology and cognitive science to inform classroom practices.
