Prof. Dr. Sibel Altin is a Professor of Health and Care Management at Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences, affiliated with the College of Social Work and Health since 2023. She holds a B.Sc. (2007–2010), M.Sc. (2010–2012), and Ph.D. (2016) in Health Economics from the University of Cologne, Germany. Prior to her current role, she served as Head of Department at AOK Rheinland Hamburg (2020–2023) and conducted postdoctoral research at the University of Duisburg-Essen (2016–2018).
