Sian Holt

Dr. Sian Holt is a Research Fellow at the University of Southampton, working primarily in the Primary Care Behavioural Science Group. With over a decade of experience in qualitative research, she specializes in behavior change, intervention development, and public/patient involvement in healthcare research. Her work spans topics such as multimorbidity self-management, respiratory tract infection prevention, diabetes care, and chronic pain management.
