Professor Shuang Zhang is Chair of Photonics and Head of the Department of Physics at The University of Hong Kong (HKU), with joint affiliation to the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering. He has held academic positions at the University of Birmingham (2010-2020) and research roles at University of Illinois and UC Berkeley.
