Shu-Perng Hwang

Professor Dr. Shu-Perng Hwang, LL.M. (Columbia), holds the Schlegel Professorship for Public Law, Legal and Constitutional Theory, and Comparative Law at the Department of Law, University of Bonn. He teaches courses such as General Political Theory, Legal Theory, and Fundamentals of Constitutional Law (SPB IX), with lectures starting in the second week of the winter semester 2025/2026.
