Shiwen Zhang is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mathematics & Statistics at the University of Massachusetts Lowell (2022–present). He holds a Ph.D. in Mathematics from the University of California, Irvine (2016) and a B.S. from Nanjing University, China (2009). His research focuses on Mathematical Physics, Spectral Theory, Dynamical Systems, Harmonic Analysis, and Partial Differential Equations. He has been a Postdoctoral Associate at the University of Minnesota (2019–2022) and a Visiting Assistant Professor at Michigan State University (2016–2019).
