Shishir Malde

Shishir Malde is a Principal Lecturer in the Department of Accounting and Finance at Nottingham Business School, Nottingham Trent University. He teaches Financial Management, Corporate Finance, and Investment Strategy modules while deputising for the divisional Head of Accounting and Finance.

His research centers on corporate performance dynamics with specific focus areas:

• Interplay between stakeholder influence strategies and risk management
• Relationships among corporate slack, reputation, and corporate performance
• Impact of share reform initiatives on corporate performance outcomes

Externally, he serves as an examiner for a Professional Accountancy body's Financial Management paper and acts as external examiner for Birmingham City University's Executive MBA program.
