Shin Liau

Shin Liau is a Research Fellow at the Centre for Medicine Use and Safety within the Victorian Heart Institute (VHI) at Monash University. His work focuses on optimizing medication management for older adults, particularly those with frailty or cognitive impairment. He leads and collaborates on projects addressing deprescribing strategies, polypharmacy reduction, and improving clinical guidelines in long-term care settings.
