Sheryl Goodman

Sheryl Goodman is an Associate Professor in the Media and Communication Studies department at Ursinus College. She teaches courses in Communication Theory, Intercultural Communication, Gender and Ethnicity, Conflict, Friendship, and the Common Intellectual Experience (CIE) program.

• Education: B.S. in Spanish and Linguistics from Georgetown University; M.A. and Ph.D. in Rhetoric & Communication from Temple University

Her research focuses on race and gender discourse in undergraduate classrooms, interracial communication, and institutional dialogue challenges. She collaborates with undergraduates on research projects presented at professional conferences.
