Shervin Bagheri

Shervin Bagheri is a Professor of Fluid Mechanics at KTH Royal Institute of Technology, leading the Fluids and Surfaces research group since 2017. His work focuses on fluid-surface interactions, multiphase flows, and energy-efficient engineering solutions. He holds a PhD and is affiliated with the Department of Mechanics.

Research interests include understanding transport processes between fluids and materials, leveraging numerical simulations and experiments. Key applications span energy efficiency, CO₂ capture, and biofilm dynamics. His group develops surfaces to control flows and particles, with funding from ERC (LUBFLOW project), Swedish Research Council, and other institutions.
