Sherry Dial

Sherry Dial is an Assistant Professor of Nursing at CSU, where she has served as a full-time nursing instructor for over 8 years. She previously worked as an adjunct nursing instructor and has over 15 years of clinical nursing experience, including roles in bone and marrow transplant care, intensive care, and ambulatory eye surgery centers.

• Education: BSN from Southern Illinois University, MSN from CSU, currently pursuing EdD in Education Leadership at CSU

Her research interests focus on nursing education, patient care, and the integration of compassion and self-confidence in healthcare. She emphasizes holistic student development, addressing stressors that impact learners' self-efficacy in clinical and academic settings.
