Sherri Hill

Sherri Hill is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at The Chicago School, specializing in Business/IO Psychology, Organization Leadership, and Behavioral Economics. With over 25 years of experience as a healthcare executive and organizational development expert, she focuses on strategic planning, quality management, leadership development, and team communication. Her research explores factors that enhance employee initiative and prosocial voice in healthcare settings, including a large-scale study on hospital nurses.
