Dr. Shenkai Gu is a Research Fellow at the University of Surrey, currently serving as a KTP Associate in the Secure Systems group. He was born in Jiangsu Province, China in 1987, and earned his BSc in Computer & Software Engineering (First Class Honours) from Oxford Brookes University (2010), followed by an MSc in Security Technology and Applications at the University of Surrey (2011). His doctoral research on Brain-Machine Interface was completed under the supervision of Prof Yaochu Jin and Dr Saeid Sanei in January 2017.
