Sheldene Simola

Dr. Sheldene Simola is a Professor at Trent University's School of Business, where she has taught since 2007. She previously served as Associate Director of the School and maintains an active research program focused on workplace ethics, mental health, and organizational behavior. Her educational background includes a PhD and MA from Queen's University, an MBA from Wilfrid Laurier University, and BA/BSW degrees from McMaster University.
