Shelby Clark, Ph.D., is a Principal Investigator at Project Zero and Project Director of The Good Project. She leads initiatives such as the 'Implementation of The Good Project Lesson Plans' study, examining how teacher communities and lesson plans impact student character growth. Her work centers on intellectual, moral, and civic character development in adolescents, emphasizing curiosity, open-mindedness, and social responsibility. Previously, she co-led the Investigating Impacts of Educational Experience study on mission-based international schools.
- Education: Ph.D. in applied human development from Boston University, M.A. in school counseling (George Washington University), B.A. in history and music (Johns Hopkins University).
