Shawn Roussel

Shawn "Pepper" Roussel is an Adjunct Professor of Law at Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, where he teaches courses on food disparity and environmental justice. He is also a food activist, consultant at Green Pepper Solutions, and co-founder of Dandelion & Moss. His work intersects legal frameworks with ecological and social equity issues.
