Shauna Mallory-Hill

Shauna Mallory-Hill is Associate Professor and Associate Dean (Research) at the University of Manitoba's Faculty of Architecture. Her research evaluates how sustainable buildings impact human health, wellbeing, and productivity. Mallory-Hill directs the Building Performance Evaluation Lab (BPEL), focusing on indoor environmental quality (IEQ) in workplaces and schools. She co-edited Enhancing Building Performance and is a LEED-accredited professional.

Current PhD projects explore IEQ in green schools, occupant satisfaction in workplaces, and operational strategies for energy-efficient buildings. Mallory-Hill serves on boards for EDRA and CaGBC, advocating for evidence-based sustainable design.
