Sharon Wahl

Dr. Sharon Wahl is a Professor and Dean of Education at the University of New Brunswick's Faculty of Education on the Fredericton campus. With over 30 years of teaching experience spanning secondary and post-secondary levels, she previously served as Associate Dean of Education at Vancouver Island University. She holds a PhD and MEd from Simon Fraser University, along with a BA from the University of Saskatchewan and a teaching certificate from UBC.

Her research focuses on educational leadership, in-service teacher development, international education, and arts pedagogy. She prioritizes collaboration and innovation to advance educational excellence in evolving learning environments. Dr. Wahl aims to strengthen the faculty's community impact and foster growth opportunities during her leadership term.
