Sharon Radd

Sharon Radd is a Professor in the MA-Organizational Leadership program at St. Catherine University. She holds additional roles as an Equity Fellow with the Midwest and Plains Equity Assistance Center at IUPUI, Founder and Lead Consultant of ConsciousPraxis, and Senior Partner at The 5 Practices Group. With over 20 years of experience in public education, her career spans school administration, social work, and professional development.
