Sharon Pape serves as Clinical Associate Professor and Program Director for the Master of Science in Occupational Therapy program within the School of Rehabilitation Sciences at Vera Z. Dwyer College of Health Sciences, joining the faculty in July 2020 and currently serving as interim academic fieldwork coordinator for spring 2024.

Her scholarship investigates effects of interprofessional pedagogical approaches at student-run health clinics, building on her founding role as faculty advisor for the occupational therapy clinic at Indiana University Student Outreach Clinic (IUSOC) established in 2009 to provide free community services.

Prior to her current position, she served 12 years as Academic Fieldwork Coordinator for Indiana University's occupational therapy program.
