Shari Carpenter

Dr. Shari Carpenter is a Professor in the College of Business at Eastern Oregon University, specializing in Marketing and Human Resources. She holds a Ph.D. in Organization & Management from Capella University, an MBA from Marylhurst University, and degrees in Communications and Labor Relations from Purdue University. Her career bridges academia with practical business experience, including founding an advertising agency and extensive involvement in ranching and martial arts.

She teaches courses such as Strategic Marketing (MBA 515), Principles of Marketing (BA 312), Promotion Strategy (BA 464), Consumer Behavior (BA 465), and Human Resources (BA 451).
