Shannon Bow O'Brien

Shannon Bow O'Brien is an Associate Professor in the Department of Government at the University of Texas at Austin's College of Liberal Arts. With a Ph.D. from the University of Florida, her research focuses on American Politics, Presidential Rhetoric, and Eugenics in Political Contexts.
