Shane Schartz

Shane Schartz, PhD is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Informatics at Fort Hays State University (FHSU). He holds a BBA (2002) and MBA (2003) from FHSU, and a PhD from Kansas State University in Educational Computing, Design, and Online Learning (2014). He is currently pursuing a DBA in MIS through Northcentral University.

• Teaches both campus and virtual courses including Management Information Systems, Android Application Development, Collaboration Systems, and Business Software Development.
• Previously taught internationally for SIAS, UIBE, and SNU in China as part of FHSU's China partnership program.
