Shail Jadav is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at TU Wien (Technical University of Vienna), working under Prof. Dongheui Lee. His research focuses on advancing safe and efficient human-robot collaboration through robotics and control theory, emphasizing nonlinear control and robot learning for manipulators and grasping systems. He holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Gandhinagar, where he developed human-inspired learning controllers under Prof. Harish PM. His work has been recognized with awards including the IIT Gandhinagar Gold Medal and grants like the DST NIDHI PRAYAS.
