Shahrin Upoma

Shahrin Upoma is an Assistant Professor in the Leadership and Management area at the Humphrey School of Public Affairs, University of Minnesota. Her research focuses on leadership, organizational behavior, and decision-making in public and nonprofit sectors, emphasizing how identity and lived experiences shape leadership styles and workplace culture. She holds a PhD in Public Affairs (University of Texas at Dallas, 2021), an M.Sc in Economics (University of North Texas, 2016), and a B.S.S in Economics (University of Dhaka, 2013).
