Shagufta Sarwar

Dr. Shagufta Sarwar is an Assistant Professor in the Human Resources area at the Faculty of Management, University of New Brunswick. She holds a PhD from Swansea University and teaches courses in labour relations and human resources selection systems within the BBA program. With extensive international experience, she has worked in teaching, consultancy, and management roles for public and private entities in the UAE and UK, focusing on enhancing workplace wellbeing.
