Shabbir Dastgir

Shabbir Dastgir is a Senior Lecturer in Financial Economics at the University of Huddersfield, where he manages the MSc Economics suite of programs. He is affiliated with the School of Business, Education and Law and is a member of the Behavioural Research Centre and Northern Productivity Hub. His research explores monetary theory, corporate diversification, and the socioeconomic impact of Islamic financial institutions.
