Sha Yu is a Research Fellow at the University of Maryland's School of Public Policy and Center for Global Sustainability, with a concurrent role as Research Scientist at the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory’s Joint Global Change Research Institute. She holds an MS and PhD in Energy Policy from the University of Maryland.
