Sha Xin Wei is a Professor in the School of Arts, Media, and Engineering (AME) at Arizona State University (ASU), directing the Synthesis Center for responsive environments and improvisation. He also holds roles in the School of Complex Adaptive Systems, ASU-SFI Center for Biosocial Complex Systems, and is an Affiliated Faculty in English. His interdisciplinary work bridges art, philosophy, technology, and anthropology.
