Seth Seabury, PhD, is an Associate Professor in the Department of Pharmaceutical and Health Economics at the University of Southern California's Mann School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences. He serves as a senior fellow at the USC Leonard D. Schaeffer Center for Health Policy & Economics and directs the Keck-Schaeffer Initiative for Population Health Policy. His research examines health-productivity linkages and healthcare policy impacts on care delivery and patient outcomes.
