Seth Kaplan is a Professor in the Department of Psychology at George Mason University. His research focuses on employee well-being, team effectiveness, virtual work, and occupational health through projects like NSF-funded emotion regulation interventions and Army Research Institute collaborations on affective forecasting. He directs the KA-Lab, studying team resilience, metaperceptions, and statistical methodologies.
